Essential Job Responsibilities
Capture of images and data to client specified formats
Setup and conversion for print project
Conversion of Image Formats (PDF, TIFF & JPEG)
QC of imaging and print products
Ensure quality and timeliness of all client deliverables
Effectively communicate project status
Train staff and co-workers on technology and projects
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Law firm experience, scanning software, familiarity with manipulating PDF and TIFF files
Hardware familiarity (Multifunctional Printers, Scanners and troubleshooting skills)
Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional for the manipulation of PDF files
Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting
Ability to learn skills quickly with attention to detail
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
Preferred Shift: (9:30am - 6:30pm
The Compensation range for this role is up to 19.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
