Minimum qualifications:
- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience working on AI related matters or products.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of laws in privacy and intellectual property.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The Cloud Applications Product Counsel team advises executive leadership on legal issues focused on Generative AI across consumer and enterprise products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000-$312,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Provide strategic guidance on how Generative AI is to be implemented with global legal and compliance requirements.
- Review product launches with cross-functional teams on launch approvals.
- Help solve policy, privacy, and security issues.
- Collaborate with other legal and business teams to scale and uplevel AI/ML legal knowledge.
