Job Description

Benore Logistic Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Legal and Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Executive Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm or five years as an executive administrative assistant. Paralegal experience is preferred.


Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of highly confidential, sensitive, and time-sensitive administrative and executive support tasks.
Conduct research, prepare summaries and reports, draft correspondence, and review legal documents.
Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and special projects.
Screen calls and visitors and facilitate communication on behalf of executives.
Proactively resolve conflicts, collaborate with teams, and find innovative solutions.
Act as a liaison and proxy for the leadership team as needed.
Perform general administrative duties and assist with projects across departments.
Adhere to all company policies, safety rules, and quality certification program requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm or five years as an executive administrative assistant (Paralegal experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reputation for integrity and mature business judgment
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Valid Class D driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policies
