Job Description
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial.
- Work closely with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and litigation.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
- Maintain strong organizational skills to handle a high-volume caseload.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois (must have active bar admission).
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high caseload.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
