KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and stay up to date on the requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act
• Assist in the development of the process for information collection, organization, and preparation for filing with the government agency
• Manage client communication
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation and files

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2-3 years of legal or paralegal experience
• Proficient in computer skills needed to manage and store all data and perform electronic filings
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and work efficiently and independently
• Multi-tasking and detail and task-oriented individual
