What You'll Do 

Executive Relationship Management & Partnership Development 

• Build and extend C-suite relationships with attorneys, partners and managing partners at personal injury law firms 
• Serve as trusted professional advisor to legal executives on medical care coordination 
• Strengthen AICA's recognition as professional leader through relationship excellence 
• Manage key professional partnerships and strategic relationships with law firms 

Professional Development & Education 

• Design and deliver executive education programs for legal professionals 
• Position AICA leadership as industry thought leaders through strategic content development 
• Represent AICA at major legal industry events and conferences 
• Conduct professional presentations and educational seminars 

Service Excellence & Strategic Planning 

• Develop service delivery strategies that establish professional excellence standards 
• Provide strategic professional insights to executive leadership 
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize service delivery 
• Drive partnership excellence and relationship expansion 

What We're Looking For 

Essential Requirements: 

• 5-10 years senior-level professional relationship management or partnership development experience 
• Proven track record building C-suite professional relationships and managing strategic partnerships 
• Experience in healthcare, legal services, professional services, or relationship-intensive industries 
• Outstanding executive presence and communication skills 
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 
• Professional relationship management and partnership development experience preferred 

Preferred: 

• Legal industry relationship management or partnership experience 
• Healthcare knowledge and understanding of medical services 
• Established professional network in Atlanta's legal community 
• Advanced CRM experience (Salesforce) 
• Personal injury, workers compensation, or medical-legal industry experience
