Brown & Streza is seeking an associate attorney to work in a collaborative environment on business and real estate matters.  This position offers the opportunity to frequently interact with business owners and high-net-worth individuals and work on complex transactions.  The ideal candidate will have experience with business transactional matters.              

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

• Forming and maintaining business entities 
• Advising clients regarding issues involving real estate, corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning 
• Representing clients in mergers & acquisitions and financings
• Drafting and negotiating various agreements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar
• Strong drafting skills
• Highly team-oriented

Salary:

$145,000 - $195,000 base salary (dependent on experience and billing rates)
