The Legal Operations role is responsible for assisting in managing and driving legal projects/initiatives forward. This individual will develop and manage project plans that define key activities, resources, and timelines, including the planning, organizing, and designing of various project plans. The responsibilities include preparation of presentations for leadership regarding statuses of projects and performing analysis. The successful candidate will work directly with stakeholders in legal and throughout the firm to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, budget and to ensure expectations are aligned more broadly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help to streamline key processes across the team; advising legal, tax and compliance teams on consistent end-user education approaches and soliciting regular stakeholder feedback to inform enhancements.
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
Preparation of project plans and presentations
Development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Implement process improvement measures, where appropriate
Qualifications & Experience
At least 1 Year+ of proven experience in project management and/or leadership ability in leading on large scale initiatives that have had an impact to an organization
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and as an individual contributor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Pay Range
85,000 - 95,000The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
