We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in real estate transactions and service contracts. In this role, you will take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contractual documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards and supporting all phases of the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of contract law, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 4 days minimum in the corporate office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate and this is subject to change based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and/or revise a wide range of real estate related agreements including service contracts.
- Review and consolidate existing files in preparation for office move to Bethesda, MD
- Assist attorneys in creating new entities and in negotiating loan transactions, purchase and sale transactions, leases and preferred equity and joint venture transactions
- Maintain and organize contract templates
- Track critical deadlines, renewal dates, and obligations for active contracts
- Other duties as trained for and are qualified to do
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal with a focus on contracts and/or commercial agreements; will consider less than 3 years' experience with strong educational background.
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm handling high-volume contracts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with DocuSign or other e-signature platforms.

The market-based pay range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 (plus additional bonus incentives). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
