Senior Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Attorney (4-6 Years)

Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Team.

We represent, and are on the approved counsel list for, a wide range of financial institutions and prominent businesses, and we assist our clients in both in-court and out-of-court reorganizations and insolvencies, as well as related litigation.

The Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights team is seeking to hire an attorney with 4-6 years of experience assisting lenders and equipment lessors in workouts and forbearance transactions, restructurings, asset recovery and disposition, commercial collections, judgment enforcement and associated state court litigation.  Experience representing creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, including adequate protection and stay relief, asset sales, cash collateral, plan confirmation, and preference, fraudulent transfer, and dischargeability proceedings is also strongly preferred.

Applicants should have a superior academic record and strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.

Annual salary range for this position is $137,000-$153,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience or other job-related factors permitted by law.
