Labor & Employment Attorney - For CarterWill Search

CarterWill Search is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join a Florida-based practice in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to advise clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, with potential exposure to public sector employers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of labor and employment experience, with a preference for those who have an established client base. The role offers meaningful responsibility, client interaction, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and collegial environment.

• 7+ years of experience in labor and employment law

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong analytical, drafting, and client relationship skills

• Experience with public sector employers preferred but not required

• Ability to manage multiple matters and develop client relationships
