Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

We are growing a powerhouse plaintiff PI team and seeking Associate and Senior Associate Attorneys across Texas. If you’re looking for major case work, trial exposure, and one of the best compensation plans in the industry, this is your opportunity.

Compensation (Industry-Leading)

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $225,000 DOE (Associate vs. Senior)
  

• Commissions: 10–12% of gross attorney fees (before costs are removed)
  

• OTE (On-Target Earnings):
  
  • Associates: $200K – $350K
  
  • Seniors: $500K – $1M+
  

Associate Attorney Requirements

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
  

• Pre-litigation or some litigation experience
  

• Active TX Bar license
  

• Experience with trucking/18-wheeler cases strongly preferred
  

Senior Associate Attorney Requirements

• 3–8+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
  

• Trial experience (first chair preferred; strong second chair considered)
  

• Deposition experience
  

• Active TX Bar license
  

• Experience with trucking/18-wheeler cases strongly preferred
