Associate Attorney - Litigation

Our client, an AV-rated boutique law firm in Towson is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join their dynamic and fast-paced practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial or resolution
  
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
  
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel in a range of litigation matters
  
• Collaborate with a team that values precision, responsiveness, and legal creativity
  

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  
• Licensed to practice in Maryland and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland
  
• Virginia bar admission is a plus
  
• 3–5 years of hands-on litigation experience
  
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
