Due to increased demand, <\/span>we are now interviewing for a Washington State -based, experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal<\/b>, interested in 10 - 20 hours per week of remote work.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities Include:<\/span><\/span><\/span>

*Draft and file legal documents<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

1. Discovery support - responses, deficiency letters<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

2. Settlement proposals<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

3. Temporary Orders<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

4. Motions/proposed orders<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

5. Child support docs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

* Manage case calendars and deadlines<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

* Organize and maintain client files<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

* Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

* Provide general administrative support to attorneys<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The pay rate for our paralegal opportunities starts at $30/hour.
