
Paralegal
Duties include:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis.
2. Assist attorney pepare legal documents
3. Manage and organize case files and documents.
4. Attend court hearings, gather relevant data.
5. Draft legal documents and correspondence.
Must meet at least one of the following requirements:
Pay competitive based on experience.
Benefits: 3 weeks of personal paid days annually, health insurance.
Paralegal certificate from accredited program and minimum 6 years' experience with a law firm.
Associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field with a minimum of 4 years as a paralegal working with a law firm.
Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies with a minimum of 2 years working with a law firm.
Also must have a strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, excellent communication and organizational skills., proficient with Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
