The office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) was established to manage and administer federal loan programs for the U.S. Department of Energy. Conducting timely research and provide clear written guidance regarding regulatory issues related to EDF's operations, policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including inter-agency partners, on adherence to and implementation of statutory and regulatory requirements.

Veterans shape the future of energy The office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) was established to manage and administer federal loan programs for the U.S. Department of Energy. Currently, these federal loan programs are: Title 17, authorized under Title XVII of the Energy Policy Act (EPAct) of 2005 (as amended). Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) Loan Program, authorized by Section 136 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (as amended). Tribal Energy Loan Guarantee Program (TELGP), authorized by Section 2602 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, as amended by EPAct and other. Carbon Dioxide Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (CIFIA), Other federal credit programs as assigned by the Secretary of Energy. At the full performance Attorney-Adviser (Transactional), GS-0905-15, you will: Provide expert legal analysis and opinions for complex issues affecting DOE's loan programs. Represent DOE in external and internal discussions with various governmental and industry stakeholders. Draft and advise on legal policies and strategies for litigation and enforcement. Conduct legal research to develop solutions for undefined legal or policy areas. Review and comment on proposed legislation and regulatory activities. Offer legal counsel on administrative policy and program operations to DOE leadership. Salary- $121,785 - $197,200/year
