Job Summary:
We’re recruiting a skilled mid-level Associate Attorney with 5–7 years of experience in construction and real estate litigation. This role offers the opportunity to manage challenging, high-value cases from start to finish—spanning discovery, motion practice, trial prep, and client strategy. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, have exceptional writing skills, and bring a practical, problem-solving mindset to their work.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $220,000–$290,000

Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of construction and real estate litigation across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and conduct depositions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial strategy and complex case management
- Communicate directly with clients and participate in case evaluations and settlement negotiations
- Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and strategic thinking
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 5–7 years of litigation experience focused on construction and/or real estate matters
- Admitted to practice in Indiana or Minnesota (or ability to gain admission promptly)
- Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines across active dockets
- Proactive communicator and reliable team player with strong business judgment
