A Data Analyst works with the input, organization, and management of information related to the business in conjunction with technology to create efficiencies, improve workflows, and maintain security of information. 

The list below provides a high-level overview of the responsibilities of the position and should not be considered an all-inclusive list of tasks to be performed.

• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and devise new technical business system solutions to increase efficiencies and productivity.
• Devise processes that organize, and streamline data systems, and drive innovation.
• Assist with the construction and maintenance of an OAG Intranet
• Create technical documentation of applications developed “in-house”.
• Develop and provide training on office technology required for onboarding, upskilling, and continuous development of staff.
• Complete ad hoc data analysis projects as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

The following is a list of preferred qualifications and skills and should not be considered all-inclusive.  The successful candidate will have a combination of education and experience focused on data management, and business process improvement.   A background in and an understanding of both technology and business processes is advantageous.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other application development software
• Knowledge of project management processes
• Aptitude for training others on the use of business technology
• Resourceful self-starter and highly motivated team player
• Ability to tactfully deal with wide variety of stakeholders to resolve problems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Analytical and strategic mindset
