- Description
A Data Analyst works with the input, organization, and management of information related to the business in conjunction with technology to create efficiencies, improve workflows, and maintain security of information.

- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and devise new technical business system solutions to increase efficiencies and productivity.
- Devise processes that organize, and streamline data systems, and drive innovation.
- Assist with the construction and maintenance of an OAG Intranet
- Create technical documentation of applications developed “in-house”.
- Develop and provide training on office technology required for onboarding, upskilling, and continuous development of staff.
- Complete ad hoc data analysis projects as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Typical Qualifications
The following is a list of preferred qualifications and skills and should not be considered all-inclusive. The successful candidate will have a combination of education and experience focused on data management, and business process improvement. A background in and an understanding of both technology and business processes is advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and other application development software
- Knowledge of project management processes
- Aptitude for training others on the use of business technology
- Resourceful self-starter and highly motivated team player
- Ability to tactfully deal with wide variety of stakeholders to resolve problems
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic mindset
