            File organization, filing;  update corporate, partnership and LLC indexes to reflect changes and amendments to documents.

Update list of corporate/partnership information, list of alcoholic beverage permits, list of Dallas County and Tarrant County health permits, list of vehicles on Star Concessions insurance policies, list of Food Manufacturer Licenses, list of Dallas Love Field Fire and permits

Assist the architect and general contractor in completing building permit applications, health permit applications, Food Establishment permit applications, Land Use Applications and various other documents in connection with submitting documents to the City of Dallas Building Inspection Office.  Work with the Tarrant County Health Department to provide documents and assistance during the Plan Review for new units.

Monitor CSC Corporation Service Company for statutory representation in Virginia and in California.

Complete paperwork to change title information for new company vehicles. Obtain registration and license plates at the Dallas County Tax Office.

Preparation of Annual Minutes for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. (March)

Answer questions and provide documents as requested by managers – for example, the window washer at Love Field needed a copy of the Certificate of Insurance. Obtain from our insurance company.

Periodically monitor that all required permits and licenses are posted in each unit,  i.e. TABC permits, Health permits, Certificates of Occupancy, etc.

Assist with permitting for remodeling of Dallas Love Field units., i.e. Food Establishment Permits, Plan Review documents.

Love Field Food Manufacturing Permits – Applications for Grab & Go renewal permits – 2-year renewals

Interaction (conversations and correspondence) with DFW and Love Field managers and officials, the Dallas County and Tarrant County Health Departments, the TABC, the City of Dallas Building Inspection Department, the Office of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the Office of the Secretary of State of Texas, various architects and contractors, Insurance Agent for Star Concessions businesses and vehicles, J. Barry Kevil, CPA and Associates.

Review and approve invoices related to corporate work.

LIQUOR LICENSES

            Liquor licenses in Texas are now all done online.  Log into the AIMS system.

Complete all forms on line, advertise in local newspapers, obtain Sales and Use Tax Numbers, draft Management or Service Agreement, if needed, obtain signatures of owners, Comptroller of Public Accounts, City Secretary, and County Clerk to be uploaded to the on line application form. Arrangements for payment of fees on line.
