- Location: REDW-D Office
- Workplace: On-site (5 days a week)
- Duration: ASAP to June 30th, 2024, with strong potential for extension.

3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company that specializes in employment-based immigration.
- Role Summary: As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a key role in supporting high volume U.S. business immigration operations, ensuring legal compliance, and driving process improvements.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, conducting research to support legal proceedings.
- Use U.S. immigration legal knowledge to ensure daily workflow targets are met and maintain the integrity of the case preparation program.
- Train admins on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings.
- Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues.
- Propose and implement legal process improvement ideas to enhance legal quality and streamline workflow.
- Complete legal review of filings, address I-9 completion and E-Verify related questions, and support complex E-Verify issue resolution.
- Train and monitor admins supporting I-9 reverification.
- Assist managers in understanding PERM requirements and obligations during applicant review.
- Respond to visa-related inquiries from employees, including eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university and admission to the bar.
  - 1+ year of immigration experience (preferably in employment-based immigration).
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - High-volume immigration experience.
