Primary Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional client service.
· Execute case strategy with senior-level attorneys, senior paralegals, clients, and support staff.
· Ability to manage your own caseload.
· Keep clients informed by maintaining regular contact and communicating case progress and strategy.
· Provide support to senior-level attorneys handling more complex cases.
· Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients related to the practice of family law.
· Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
· Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
· Attend business development and networking functions with firm leadership and solo.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years’ experience practicing Family Law in Oregon.
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience handling matters involving FAPAs, asset division, custody, spousal and child support, with adequate trial and mediation experience, or have meaningful litigation experience.
· Must have an active Oregon State Bar membership.
· Washington State Bar membership, a plus.
· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Must be able to demonstrate experience providing exceptional client service, including the ability to build rapport with clients.
