Juris Doctor or equivalent degree Exceptional academic record Demonstrated interest in teaching Excellent writing and research skills

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills Relevant practice experience Demonstrated commitment to legal scholarship Commitment to the vision, mission and core values of the law school Technological competence Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
