Records Clerk Job Details:
Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States, currently has an opening for a full-time Records Clerk in our Las Vegas office.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, in the office.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Records team on a variety of projects.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Enter and retrieve information using the firms’ databases, using a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain an organized case room ensuring efficient and proper use of space
- Perform quality control reviews of electronic documents
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of client files
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years law firm records experience, preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft office suite
- Must be an energetic self-starter, who is detail oriented and able to prioritize and problem solve while providing excellent service to the attorneys and staff
- Working knowledge of electronic file management systems specifically those that are cloud based, plus
- Ability to lift, handle and move boxes that weigh up to fifty pounds
- Requires frequent standing and sitting for extended periods of time
