Your Role in the Fight

You’ll be the engine behind our litigation team—driving cases forward, supporting our attorneys, and guiding our clients through the toughest moments of their lives. From intake to verdict, you’ll make sure every file is airtight and every client feels heard.

What You’ll Do

Own case files from pre-suit through trial or settlement

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements with precision

Communicate with clients like they’re family—because they are

Review medical records, organize evidence, and prep exhibits

Coordinate depositions, expert consults, and witness interviews

Track deadlines, manage litigation calendars, and keep billable time on point

Assist attorneys in trial prep and court filings

Build demand packages and calculate damages to support negotiations
