Position Summary
As a PI Litigation Paralegal, you’ll manage cases from start to finish—providing support to our attorneys, guiding clients, and ensuring every file is trial-ready. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients get the justice they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage case files from pre-suit through trial or settlement
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and guidance
- Review and organize medical records, reports, and other critical case documents
- Coordinate witness interviews, depositions, and expert consultations
- Prepare evidence and exhibits for mediation or trial
- Track deadlines, maintain litigation calendars, and manage billable time
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and court filing procedures
- Help negotiate settlements by preparing demand packages and calculating damages
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience (required)
- Knowledge of Florida personal injury law and legal procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in case management software (Litify is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
