Job Description
The successful candidate will be integral to a dynamic, nationwide practice, engaging in the full lifecycle of complex transactions. This is a premier opportunity to gain exceptional mentorship while handling sophisticated matters at both local and national levels. The role will involve structuring and negotiating high-value real estate financing agreements, managing acquisitions and dispositions of significant commercial properties, and providing critical counsel on the development of pioneering renewable energy projects. This position offers a blend of intricate transactional work and direct client engagement, demanding a practitioner adept at navigating the multifaceted legal landscape of both traditional real estate law and the burgeoning energy sector. The day-to-day will involve substantial drafting, in-depth legal analysis, and strategic advisory responsibilities within a highly collaborative team setting.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school with a
- distinguished academic record.
- Active membership and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Preferred Skills
- A minimum of three years of substantive experience in a sophisticated transactional real estate practice.
- Demonstrable experience in real estate finance, project development, and large-scale acquisitions is highly desirable.
- Superior legal writing, drafting, and negotiation capabilities.
- A collaborative spirit and a resolute commitment to delivering exemplary client service.
- Prior exposure to the legal facets of renewable energy development will be considered a significant asset.
