REQUIREMENTS

• 3-8 Years of Experience in fields related to renewable energy and infrastructure

• Membership to the State Bar in which you are applying

• Confirmation that you are happy working 5x/weekly in the office

Mid Level Tax Associate (Los Angeles, CA)

- 3-5 years of experience in renewable energy transactions (wind, solar, etc.) involving tax-equity financings

- $295,000 - $370,000

 

Associate to Counsel (New York, NY)

- 3-5 years of experience in in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and private equity

- $260,000 - $455,000

 

Mid Level Associate (Los Angeles, CA)

- 3-5 years of experience in project finance with a focus on renewable project finance, tax credit monetization transactions, energy transition, natural resources, and/or infrastructure

- $250,000 - $345,000

 

Junior to Midlevel (Washington, D.C.)

- 2-4 years of experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA)

- $235,000 to $310,000

 

Mid Level Real Estate Associate (Locations: NY, WA, CA, TX, IL, OR)

- 3-5 years of real estate experience, with a strong preference for experience in the energy and infrastructure sector

- $260,000 - $390,000

 

Mid Level Infrastructure Associate (Washington DC, Houston, New York, San Francisco)

- 4 to 8 years of experience in the areas of infrastructure-focused projectd, specifically with PPP, project financing and drop-down experience

- $310,000 to $435,000

 

M&A Associate (Houston, Austin, San Francisco, New York or Washington, D.C.)

- 3-6 years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures

- $260,000 and $390,000

 

PPA Associate (Houston, Austin, San Francisco, New York or Washington, D.C.)

- 4-8+ years of experience in the areas of energy projects work relating to renewables and energy storage, and specifically focused on energy offtake

- $260,000 and $435,000

 

Oil & Gas Associate (Houston or Austin)

- 3 to 6 years of experience in energy and infrastructure including oil and gas

- $260,000 and $390,000

 

Junior to Mid Level Associate (Houston, San Francisco, New York or Washington, D.C.)

- 3 to 5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, or M&A

- $260,000 and $365,000

 

Mid-Senior Level Associate (New York)

- 3 to 5 years of financing and/or M&A transactional experience

- $310,000-$390,000
