- Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years in a public agency in criminal law as an attorney. Or six (6) years in the full-time practice of law, including four (4) years specializing in criminal law; and two (2) years performing supervisory responsibilities. Active membership in the State Bar of California. Possession of, or ability to obtain an appropriate, valid California driver's license

- Conditions of EmploymentCandidates selected will also be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Additionally, a background investigation may also be conducted. Some job classes may also require a physical exam.
