Job Description

What you will be doing: Review, draft, and negotiate third-party contracts, provider agreements, and business transactions. Advise on regulatory compliance, privacy and security, intellectual property, and healthcare law. Stay ahead of legislative changes, ensuring GVHC remains compliant with Federal and State laws. Provide legal support on accreditation programs, site visits, and clinic/pharmacy operations. Work closely with leadership and various departments to develop policies and procedures that align with legal and ethical standards. Represent GVHC in depositions, legal discussions, and regulatory matters. Experience you will need: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active California Bar license (must meet continuing education requirements). Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in transactions, contracts, or healthcare law (preferred). Strong knowledge of legal writing, contract negotiation, compliance, and regulatory matters. Ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively across departments. Familiarity with medical terminology, 340B program compliance, and healthcare regulations is a plus.
