As an Attorney at Chock Barhoum, you will:

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to manage assigned cases, leveraging our collective expertise.

• Strategically develop cases to deliver exceptional legal services efficiently.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analyze critical issues with precision.

• Draft and review sophisticated legal documents and pleadings.

• Engage in dynamic motion practice and represent clients in court appearances.

• Conduct effective depositions and interview witnesses.

• Prepare meticulously for trials and manage a diverse range of experts.

• Active membership in a current state bar, with a strong preference for licenses in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.

• At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation matters, demonstrating a proven track record.

• Experience handling insurance defense and/or personal injury matters.

• Experience in federal and/or appellate courts.

• Proficiency in using advanced legal technology to enhance efficiency, along with a proactive willingness to learn new tools.
