Duties The Antitrust Division is seeking to fill a Supervisory Paralegal Specialist position in our office in Washington, DC. Within the Division, Supervisory Paralegal Specialists perform legal duties in support of attorneys engaged in antitrust cases and matters. As a Supervisory Paralegal Specialist, you will: Analyze factual and legal questions to assist attorneys in investigations and in preparing for litigation. Direct and/or perform a variety of legal assistance and technical work requiring a specialized knowledge of process, procedure, and practices to support legal activities. Utilize document review platforms. Perform supervisory duties including interviewing applicants, resolving employee complaints, invoking minor disciplinary measures, and identifying training needs. Provide advice on the most effective and efficient ways to prepare, present, and maintain a variety of administrative legal documents. Additional selections may be made beyond the total number of vacancies specified using this vacancy announcement. Salary- $102,415 - $133,142/year
