Job Description:
National Plaintiff’s civil litigation firm seeks an Associate Attorney for their St. Louis, Missouri office. This is a case management position and responsibilities include motion practice, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, court appearances, and trial work.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, possess excellent legal research and writing abilities, the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, and an enthusiastic desire to work as part of a team on behalf of injured clients.
Candidates must be members of the Missouri or Illinois state bar and be able to travel. Although we prefer candidates with asbestos experience, we are interested in collaborating with attorneys who have personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, or other substantive litigation experience.
