Auto Collections & Replevin Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in the Michigan division. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed attorney who is interested in creditor's rights, collections, and replevin law, and is ready to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid legal judgment, and a commitment to client service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and sign demand letters
- Prepare, review, and sign pleadings
- Negotiate settlements
- Draft and file pleadings, including lawsuits
- Attend hearings and take depositions
- Advise clients on legal strategy and case development
