- TRAVEL REQUIRED: Court Related
- POSITION REPORTS TO: Managing Attorney
- POSITION TYPE: (FLSA) Full- Time Exempt, Professional
- PAY RANGE: $85,000 - $100,000 (* ~range: qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration)

What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Attorney for Litigation, you will:
- Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
- Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
- Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
- Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
- Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
What You Bring
- Licensed to practice law in New York (required).
- 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered).
- Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation.
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
- Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.
Location & Travel
- Location: Remote/Hybrid - Office located in Rochester, NY (14624)
- Travel: Court-related travel may be required
