Preferred Qualifications
Experience using document management systems, such as Relativity and Clio. Knowledge of workers compensation and tort claims. Knowledge of United States Bankruptcy procedures for Chapters 7, 11, and 13. Knowledge or experience using the Wake County Electronic Filing System. Proficiency with PACER (or similar software). Strong knowledge of Federal, State and Local Rules of Court, the Federal and State Rules of Civil Procedure, the North Carolina General Statutes and North Carolina Administrative Code. Notary preferred
Work Schedule
Core business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Flexible hours and a hybrid work schedule (up to 1 day/week) will be available after a training period. Hybrid and flexible arrangements are subject to change based on business needs.
