If you're driven by advocacy, dignity, and justice, we want to meet you.  As a Case Manager – Sexual Assault, you’ll be on the front lines of care and advocacy. You'll provide direct support to survivors, coordinate services, and ensure no one walks their journey alone. Your work matters—and it changes lives. 


The Case Manager - Sexual Assault is the first point of contact with potential clients of sexual assault cases, and is responsible for evaluating their situations, answering any questions they may have about the firm, and ensuring that all necessary documents have been received for work to begin on their cases. Looking for someone with a background in social work and/or volunteering with sexual assault-type cases.


Responsibilities of Our Case Manager - Sexual Assault

  • Engage with individuals who are victims of a sexual assault.
  • Gather information about their case.
  • Provide information about their case and the court process.
  • Data collection and case reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications of Our Case Manager - Sexual Assault

  • HS Diploma/Associates, plus 2 years of relevant experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Certification or licensure in social work, working in a survivor hotline, and/or social service-related programs is required.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and departments while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • A bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidate is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of Word and Excel is required.
  • A candidate with knowledge and prior experience using a case management system is preferred.
