About the Job
The corporate legal assistant will support the legal department in various tasks, including managing documents, preparing expense reports, providing Korean-English translations, assisting with insurance and compliance projects, and providing general administrative assistance to the legal team.

Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
- Contract management and other document tracking.
- Handle monthly invoice processing.
- Generate expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Provide assistance with internal reporting, creating SOPs, and training materials.
- Korean-English translation.
- Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, legal advice, etc.
- Participate in insurance matters and compliance projects as needed.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the legal team, such as coordinating meetings, scheduling, and making travel arrangements.
Education & Experience qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Knowledge & Skills Qualification:
- Previous experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Strong calendaring, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines, including the ability to effectively prioritize among multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook.
- Comfortable reading and writing in both Korean and English.
The base salary range for this position is $26 – $32 hourly, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set.
