We are seeking an outgoing and experienced Paralegal to join our growing Legal team with all corporate domestic legal matters. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting, preparing, and organizing legal documents, providing research and ensuring accuracy for all legal documents and activities.
FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and review contracts when required by the legal department.
- Assist in all legal matters for US.
- Assist the departments of Asset Management, Lease Administration with advice and legal documents that are required.
- Prepare corporate documents for accuracy.
- Prepare site reports, letters of intent, contracts, and other related legal documents.
- Process coordination with company personnel and local legal consultants
- Exercise other duties or functions that are requested by a legal department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar legal capacity, handling administrative duties.
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal skills. Fluency in Spanish or any additional languages preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and external partners.
- Must be proactive and able to manage high pressure situations as well as work independently able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Must be self-motivated, self-managed and able to multi-task, including strong time management and prioritization skills, with minimal supervision.
- Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team.
