Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable sales and marketing coordinator to help take our company to the next level. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities 
  • Network and build business relationships with current and potential clients 
  • Present information to potential clients at client meetings, trade shows, classes and industry organizations 
  • Coordinate and plan business development events, including receptions, client entertainment outings, happy hours, learn & learns, continuing education classes, grand openings, golf tournaments, etc. 
  • Social media management 
  • Content creation for website and social media (blog writing, articles, etc.) 
  • Travel throughout Metro Atlanta for business development and events 
  • Manage CRM- add new/potential clients to database, email blasts, create new email templates, newsletters, etc. 
  • Design marketing collateral in Adobe Illustrator including banners, ads, flyers, invitations, newsletters, etc. 
 
Requirements and Qualifications 
  • College degree required and at least one (1) year of marketing and business development experience, preferably within a law firm or a professional services organization 
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to connect and interact with potential customers 
  • Must be comfortable with public speaking and meeting new people everyday 
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented 
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor 
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories 
  • Self-motivated and self-directed 
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines 
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results 
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge 
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client 
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as some events are early in the morning or into the evening 
  • Graphic design experience is preferred 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop 
  • Google AdWords, SEO/SEM and CRM/Infusionsoft experience preferred but not required 
 
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and customer service oriented applicants with less than two years of experience will be considered. We offer competitive benefit packages. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
