Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, declarations, and correspondence.
Organize, manage, and review case files, evidence, and document productions.
Prepare deposition and trial binders, including exhibit lists and witness files.
Communicate with clients, court personnel, experts, and opposing counsel.
Monitor deadlines and manage case calendars with minimal supervision.
Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategies.
Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in all written and procedural work.
Requirements & Qualifications
Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents with minimal revision.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with legal case management systems a plus.
Comfortable working independently while coordinating with attorneys and staff.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
