Civil Litigation Legal Assistant (Case Manager)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Litigation Legal Assistant / Case Manager to support arbitration and mediation processes. This role ensures smooth case flow, accurate documentation, and exceptional client service while collaborating with panelists and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage case files and documentation
• Coordinate hearings, calls, and deadlines
• Provide prompt support to clients and panelists
• Monitor case progress and follow up on required actions
• Communicate effectively to resolve routine issues
• Learn ADR processes and internal systems through hands-on experience
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of ADR or civil litigation experience (required)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ADR processes is a plus
Base Salary Range $54,000 - $71,000 Full benefits and bonus potential.
