- Improve processes by creating, developing, and managing legal trainings and playbooks.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with strategic partners such as security, privacy, procurement, and finance to align legal strategies with business goals for cohesive operations.

- You know how to balance conflicts between legal and business risks.
- You're comfortable engaging in both written and verbal communication with a variety of teams—be it legal, business, or compliance—and across all levels of the organization, from admin staff to VP’s and executive leadership.
- You’re great at connecting with people and can diffuse tense situations with your positive attitude.
