Litigation Paralegal Manager

Job Description

ProspectBlue has partnered with a local law firm that specializes in Personal Injury and is seeking a Litigation Paralegal Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all litigation support staff (Litigation Administrative Assistants and Litigation Paralegals). The Litigation Paralegal Manager is responsible for training all litigation support staff in all tasks – including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, orders, discovery requests and responses, corresponding with courts, opposing counsels, and outside agencies, and other tasks as needed. Works closely and collaboratively with the Litigation Attorneys, Litigation Attorney Manager, Litigation Paralegals, and Litigation Administrative Assistants with all cases that have been filed or will need to be filed in Virginia Circuit Courts, Virginia General District Courts, and U.S. District Courts.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor's Degree + 3 years of litigation paralegal experience or litigation supervisory experience in place of education
● Ability to successfully pass a background check and other pre-employment screening.
