We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support our Legal team. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our legal department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Document Handling: Archive contracts and maintain records.
  • System Updates: Maintain and update legal databases and tracking systems for contracts.
  • Daily Administration: Manage the daily administrative tasks of the legal department.
  • Budget and Invoice Support: Assist in managing the department's budget, handling invoices, and processing payments.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other related duties as required.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Work well with others to achieve team goals
  • Manage deadlines effectively and complete tasks on time

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred. College students are encouraged to apply. Legal experience is not required, but relevant experience may increase compensation.

Hourly Rate

Position Type:

  • Part-Time: Two days a week, 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Office-Based
