Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Corporate Paralegal with 2–4 years of experience supporting corporate and legal departments. This role requires a strong background in contract lifecycle management (CLM) with preference given to administration experience with the IronClad CLM, contract review and tracking, and executive support. The ideal candidate will also bring knowledge of data privacy regulations (including CCPA), have meaningful legal research experience, and have some experience in intellectual property, trademark filings, and USPTO procedures. Litigation support experience is a bonus, but not required. FDA and FTC compliance experience is also a plus.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining legal operations, supporting compliance, managing legal tools, and partnering with internal stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management & CLM Systems Administration
- Administer and maintain the IronClad CLM platform, ensuring proper and timely workflow management, version control, and metadata tracking.
- Perform first-pass contract review and redline, and prepare executive summaries of the same for the in-house legal Counsel.
- Maintain contract databases which includes tracking renewals and compliance requirements.
- Organize and maintain internal contract templates and playbooks.
- Executive Legal Support
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Legal Counsel and other company officers, including calendaring, meeting preparation, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing board materials, internal presentations, and other executive-level documents.
- Compliance & Data Privacy
- Assist with privacy-related documentation, compliance checklists, and incident tracking.
- Support CCPA and other privacy law initiatives in collaboration with the Data Privacy Officer or in-house legal team.
- IP and Trademark Support
- Perform informal USPTO trademark searches.
- Coordinate and track trademark filings, renewals, and office actions through the USPTO and global equivalents.
- Support the IP portfolio, including documenting invention disclosures, domain name registration, and trademark watch notices.
- Litigation & Research
- Support litigation matters by coordinating with outside counsel, managing discovery documents, and maintaining case files.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, compliance, and risk issues relevant to the health and e-commerce industries.
- General Legal Operations
- Draft and proof internal memos and other legal correspondence.
- Maintain corporate records and assist with entity management as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, HR, Product, and Customer Experience.
Required:
- 2–4 years of paralegal experience within an in-house legal department.
- Proven experience managing contract timelines and CLM tools (especially IronClad).
- Experience with first-pass contract review and drafting.
- Solid understanding of contract management and compliance tracking.
- Strong data privacy awareness, with knowledge of CCPA and related privacy laws.
- Familiarity with legal issues related to e-commerce, health & wellness, and consumer products.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CLM platforms.
- A paralegal degree and/or certification (NALA, NFPA, CP, RP)
- Hands-on experience with trademark, IP, and USPTO filings and procedures.
- Exposure to or support of litigation management and document retention.
