Job Description

The law school candidate will spend time in the law department with broad exposure and experience working in Corporate Transactions, Environmental Litigation, Energy Trading, Wholesale/Retail/Corporate Compliance, Real Estate, Contracts and Procurement, Labor & Employment, Environmental Health and Safety and the general operations of the Vistra Legal and Compliance Department.

Up to 8 week internship project; starting July through the end of August. Position is in-person (hybrid schedule) in Irving, Texas and is paid.
