Our client, a respected Los Angeles-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a focus on tort law to join its growing team. This role offers a strong compensation package, performance-based bonuses, and a clear path for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, with a background in tort matters such as negligence, negligent hiring/supervision/retention, and premises liability.

• Handle a variety of tort litigation matters, including negligence and premises liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; manage all phases of discovery
• Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial
• Collaborate with internal legal teams while managing cases independently

• 3–5 years of litigation and tort law experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple active matters
• Public entity experience preferred, not required
• Active California Bar license in good standing
