Location – Los Angeles, California

Base Salary – $160,000 to $210,000

Our client, a well-established Los Angeles-based law firm, is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking meaningful work, long-term growth, and a collegial team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of labor and employment law experience, with strong writing, litigation, and case management skills. Public entity experience is a plus but not required.

• Handle a broad range of labor & employment matters—both litigation and counseling
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery responses
• Manage cases from intake through trial prep, including depositions and strategy
• Advise clients on employment issues, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Collaborate effectively with internal legal teams and clients

• Minimum 5 years of labor & employment law experience (defense side)
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Experience with public entity law is preferred, not required
• Active California Bar license in good standing
