The Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with three or more years of bankruptcy, workout, and commercial litigation experience to join its Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. The position involves representing lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters with default resolutions, collections and repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy-related matters in federal and state court. This is a terrific opportunity to gain sophisticated hands-on experience in a thriving bankruptcy practice with significant client contact.
