We are seeking a dynamic Client Onboarding and Sales Lead who combines strong sales instincts with a passion for helping individuals during some of life’s most challenging moments. Position Summary:

The Client Onboarding and Sales Lead works in close partnership with the Intake Manager to support the daily management of the intake department and its staff. In addition to driving sales and conversion strategies, this role assists the manager with team oversight, process improvement, and performance tracking to ensure a seamless experience for prospective clients and efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Intake Manager in overseeing department operations, including staff scheduling, workload distribution, and daily performance monitoring.
  • Assist with staff development, providing coaching and feedback to improve team members’ sales and client service skills.
  • Qualify and convert prospective client leads into signed cases by applying consultative sales techniques and demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Intake Manager to develop and monitor key sales metrics, including callto-consult ratios, follow-up response times, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure seamless lead followup and tracking of all prospective clients.
  • Work with the Intake Manager to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Utilize CRM/intake software (Filevine) to maintain accurate records of all leads, calls, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Intake Manager and firm leadership on lead generation and intake performance.
  • Serve as a role model and point of escalation for intake staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and client care.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a salesdriven environment (inside sales, business development, or highvolume client intake).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills with a professional, empathetic approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or support team members and collaborate with management.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and followthrough.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal intake software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment while maintaining professionalism and client focus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a law firm, legal services, or personal injury environment.
  • Experience with Filevine or similar CRM system
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
