Our client, an AmLaw 100 and Vault 100 law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Labor & Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its thriving practice in New Jersey or Philadelphia. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of accomplished litigators on high-stakes matters across various industries.

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.

• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

• 3–5 years of substantive labor and employment litigation experience. 

• Experience with employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative practice before local, state, and federal agencies.

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Experience advising clients on employment-related matters, including compliance and risk mitigation.

• Experience in traditional labor matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges, is a plus.

• Familiarity with transactional matters involving labor and employment issues is a plus.

• Represent employers in litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels.

• Provide advice and counseling on employment-related issues, including workplace policies, compliance, and dispute resolution.

• Handle administrative matters before local, state, and federal agencies.

• Assist in labor-related matters such as negotiations and arbitrations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies.

• Stay informed on evolving labor and employment laws and regulations.
